Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any purchase of Clean Charge from NUKINBJONES LLC ("we," "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when payment is completed. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or an item we can't fulfill) and will fully refund any payment in that case. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Square. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, including the 14-day return window. Both are part of these Terms.

4. Product use and safety

• Clean Charge uses UV-C light. Direct UV light can irritate eyes and skin. Only run it with the lid fully closed, don't look into the light, and never tamper with or bypass the lid shut-off.
• Keep it away from water and out of reach of young children. Use it only with a suitable USB power adapter (5V/2A recommended).
• UV sanitizing reduces microorganisms on exposed surfaces. Results depend on use. Clean Charge is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and does not replace regular cleaning or hand-washing.
• Wireless charging works with most plastic phone cases. Metal, magnetic or very thick cases may block charging.

5. Product information

We try to describe and show the product accurately. Colors and details may look slightly different on your screen. Specs and performance claims come from the manufacturer.

6. Warranties

If your Clean Charge arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Except for that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is," without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these exclusions, so they may not fully apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using the site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Website use

Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, try to access it without authorization, or use it for anything unlawful. The Clean Charge name, logo, photos and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

When you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your honest experience with a product you actually bought or used, and you give us permission to display it (with your first name and last initial) on this site and in our marketing. We review submissions before posting to confirm they come from real customers and may decline reviews that are spam, offensive, off-topic or contain personal information. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we post negative reviews as well as positive ones. We never pay for or write reviews on a customer's behalf.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless you're entitled by law to bring it elsewhere, and either party may use small claims court for qualifying claims.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date shown at the top.
