This Privacy Policy explains how NUKINBJONES LLC ("we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit this website or buy Clean Charge. If you have questions, contact shopcleancharge@gmail.com or (814) 590-7938.
Information we collect
- Order information you give at checkout: name, email, phone (if provided), and shipping address.
- Payment information is entered on Square's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or our contact form.
- Email signups: your email address, if you join our updates list.
- Reviews: your name, email, rating, review text and (optionally) order number. Only your first name and last initial, rating, review and date are shown publicly. Your email is never shown.
- Basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell-your-data cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
How we use it
- to process, make, ship and support your order (including returns and refunds),
- to send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions,
- to prevent fraud and protect the site, and
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We only send marketing emails if you sign up for them. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed to run the store, with these service providers:
- Square — payment processing and receipts (Square's privacy notice)
- Printify and its print partners — making and shipping your order (name, address, email/phone for delivery)
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx — delivering your package
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and cookie-free visit counts
- Web3Forms — delivering contact, review and email-signup form submissions to our inbox
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for your order, returns, and our tax and accounting records (generally up to 7 years), then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by contacting shopcleancharge@gmail.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for making a request. Some information may be kept where the law requires it (for example, tax records).
Security
Payments are handled by Square, a PCI-compliant processor, and this site is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
